Topsail Island has been called one of the top beach towns in America by Trip Advisor, and if you’ve ever been here, you know why.
(We also like to think of it as one of the best kept secrets around.)
Topsail Island still has the small-town charm that people are looking for when they want to get away from it all – to leave the stress and worry of their everyday lives behind and perhaps return to a simpler time and place from their youth.

A place they used to visit with their families, their grandparents, and their cousins. Maybe even where they met and fell in love. The place they have been returning to for generations.
We’ve been talking with our guests and collecting some of their stories.
Stories about what Topsail Island means to them, to their families, and why they keep returning, year after year, to this little town by the sea.
We see everything here! From weddings and family reunions to girlfriends’ weekends and guys getaways. From annual fishing tournaments to anniversary celebrations. We have even witnessed moving memorials to loved ones.
