The fourth bedroom, on the main/top floor, is ideal for someone who would prefer to sleep near the living/great room, kitchen & main floor bathroom - minimizing steps. In addition to the bedrooms, there are two additional sleeping areas suited especially for kids. One is a ground floor game room with a TV, DVD player, foosball table and a double sofa sleeper couch. The other is an alcove off the living/great room with a twin daybed and trundle bed.
