Most of Topsail Island's businesses and restaurants are open, and practicing social distancing. You may be asked to wear a face covering while patronizing some businesses. Many restaurants are still doing curbside pickup and some are even doing delivery. Call or message them to find out more information! It's so important to support these fabulous local restaurants.
