The majority of our homes and vacant land reside in the following six communities: Surf City (mainland and island), Topsail Beach, North Topsail Beach, Hampstead, Sneads Ferry, and Holly Ridge.
Surf City - Island and Mainland
Surf City is the gateway to Topsail Island, North Carolina’s best kept secret along the coast, and you’ll find it just over the Surf City bridge. The Town of Surf City is the main commercial area of Topsail Island, and while Surf City is far from urban, it is filled with unique boutiques and 5-Star award winning restaurants, alongside surf shops, fishing stores, fresh seafood markets, and home cooking dining establishments. Together they create an eclectic mix for your year-round dining and shopping pleasure.
Topsail Beach
This quaint town along the Atlantic Ocean is a great place to live or visit and has consistently been rated one of the top beach towns in America and in North Carolina. This town has a charm like no other coastal town, so owning a home here for yourself or for a vacation rental is ideal. The town of Topsail Beach is like stepping back into the 1960s. Roller skating, putt-putt golf, unbelievable fishing, and feeling that refreshing ocean breeze are the top attractions here. One visit and you’ll fall in love with Topsail Beach.
North Topsail Beach
North Topsail Beach NC is the northern-most town on Topsail Island and is 10 miles long. Located in between Wilmington and Jacksonville, North Topsail Beach is a great place to live or visit. There are a few great restaurants in North Topsail Beach, but little other commercial presence, so head over to Surf City or take the high-rise bridge into Sneads Ferry in Onslow County to stock up on your beach gear or for more dining options. North Topsail Beach is truly all about quiet stretches of pristine beach, where family vacations matter the most.
Hampstead
Hampstead, the “seafood capital of the Carolinas” encompasses much of the area along Highway 17 between the New Hanover County line and Surf City on Topsail Island. This growing community has plenty of waterfront and thoughtfully-developed communities so it’s easy to see why this is a great place to live. There is a small commercial presence in Hampstead, but most locals commute to Wilmington for work.
Sneads Ferry
This quaint fishing village is located in Onslow County between Jacksonville and North Topsail Beach. Nestled between the mouth of the New River and the Intracoastal Waterway, it’s easy to see why this is a great place to live. There is a small town commercial presence in Sneads Ferry. Most locals work in the area or commute to Jacksonville or Camp Lejeune, the enormous Marine Corps base just across the New River.
Holly Ridge
Welcome home to Holly Ridge NC. This adorable community is located in Onslow County south of Jacksonville and west of Topsail Island. With the convenience of Highway 17 and proximity to the Atlantic Ocean it’s easy to see why this is a great place to live. There is a small town commercial presence in Holly Ridge and most locals work in the area or commute to Topsail Island.
