Due to COVID-19 and the N.C. Shelter in Place order, our office is temporarily closed through April 30th in order for us to do our part to flatten the curve.  We are practicing social distancing and working from home, so please email us at  Email is the absolute best way to contact us, so please do not call us at this time due to obvious restraints.  Please know that we are constantly checking emails throughout the work week of Monday - Friday, and we will return all emails just as soon as we can.  Thank you for being patient with us during this time!  Stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you on Topsail Island soon!

For guests with Arrival Dates between March 24 and April 25, 2020

New Vacation Rental Restriction issued by Surf City, Topsail Beach, and North Topsail Beach:

On March 23, the Towns of Surf City and Topsail Beach issued restrictions on vacation rentals for the next 30 days. On March 24, North Topsail Beach has issued a restriction on vacation rentals from March 28 - April 25.  The details of the restrictions from each town are slightly different so we ask that you read the official statement from each town here:

If you are sick or have other travel related issues other than COVID-19:

If you, or a member of your party, are sick or have other travel related issues that is not related to COVID-19 AND if you purchased Travel Insurance, please refer to your policy and file your claim online immediately with them. Please call Generali directly with any questions regarding coverage or customer service. 866-999-4018.

If you are interested in changing your dates:

Since you are not allowed to check-in to a Topsail Island vacation home from now until April 22 (start date of March 28-April 25 in North Topsail Beach), we will allow guests checking in during this time period to change the dates of their reservation. We will issue you a credit for the amount already paid on your reservation. This credit must be used within the next year from the original arrival date. The credit must be applied to the same property. If the seasonal rate is higher than the original booked rate, you are responsible for the difference. 

If you wish to apply for this credit and reservation date change, please send us an email with the following information: 
  • Name on reservation
  • Reservation ID
  • Property name
  • Scheduled dates
  • Preferred new arrival date
  • Preferred contact:   cell phone (please provide)   or   email address (please provide)

We ask that you send us this email as soon as possible. 

Please do not call the office to request these changes. Once your form submission notice has been received, you will be contacted via email by a member of our staff with further instructions. 

This option only applies to reservations falling within the dates above.

If you wish to cancel entirely:

Cancellations during this time period on Topsail Island are allowed since the guest is not being allowed access to the home. If you are inquiring about future reservations to Topsail Island beyond the restricted travel dates, then normal the cancellation policy applies. Please review your vacation rental agreement for more information. If you purchased Travel Insurance, please refer to your policy for details about your coverage and file your claim online immediately with them.

Since we don't know what will be happening with the virus or how it will impact travel in the future, we ask that you sit tight with your reservations and allow us to handle the immediate travel issues at hand. We will continue to post updates as information becomes available to us.
