Beach Barn

Relax and unwind by the sea in this recently renovated five bedroom, three bathroom home with a large double-level oceanfront deck. You'll love chilling out in the nice adirondack chairs, adjustable loungers, and our favorite: the built-in wooden bar with stools--perfect for coffee and breakfast by the beach or a sunset happy hour.

Inside, you'll find a light, bright home with comfortable furnishings and everything you need to enjoy your week. Simply clean, uncluttered, and relaxing.  

In the offseason this home rents as two separate units, but when it's reserved as a single home, the Beach Barn is perfect for groups that want a little more privacy--or a little more common space to enjoy (think: two kitchens, two living rooms, etc.). 

One of the best things about the Beach Barn is its prime location. Set back nicely from the street (and right on the sand), the Beach Barn feels private and quiet yet is easy walking distance to downtown Surf City and its restaurants, bars, shops, fishing pier and more.  

NOTE: Each individual unit may be rented separately outside of the Summer weeks.  Visit Beach Barn Lower to reserve the 3 bedroom, 2 bath lower level duplex in the Spring , Fall or Winter.  Visit Beach Barn Upper to reserve the 2 bedroom, 1 bath top level duplex in the Spring, Fall or Winter.

• North Oceanfront Bedroom: Queen Bed; direct access to sun deck; private full bathroom with tub/shower

• South Street-Side Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds; shares adjacent full bathroom with tub/shower
• Queen Sleeper Sofa in living room

Location:

Your beach house is located approximately .5 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island.  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

• $150 Non-Refundable Fee for Dog - 2 dogs MAX. only.  Sorry, cats are not allowed.
• This property does not have a dishwasher in either kitchen
• Washer/Dryer on first floor deck streetside - accessible only through exterior door
• There are no interior stairs connecting the two levels 
• Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises
• Linens (bed & bath) for Standard Beds are included for Weekly Reservations or longer.
