The thoughtfully designed deck offers full sun, or if you need a break from the heat there are covered areas as well! The open living, dining and kitchen area showcase the beautiful view, so keep your eyes out for dolphins swimming by. This home has a little bit for everyone, whether you want to sit on the deck and enjoy the sun and beach or head downstairs for some fun at the game table. The main floor living room has a large flat screen television mounted above an appealing electric fireplace that can be used year-round. This amazing feature will add ambiance to your evenings. The living room boasts two comfortable reclining sofas and a loveseat for your relaxation. The oversized windows let in abundant sunlight and views and there are three access points to the beach side deck. The open floor plan puts the living, kitchen, dining and bar all together for your gatherings. The dining table can seat 7, the bar 4 and there is an outside picnic table.
The downstairs/ground level has street side and enclosed garage entry access to a bonus room that is suited for family fun and games. There is a regulation foosball table for friendly competition and entertainment along with a seating area for visiting or game play. A small full bath is also located on this level.
