Check in ANY day of the week ALL YEAR ROUND - even during the summer months! There is a 4 night minimum during June, July and August; 3 night minimum during all other times.

Located in a cute neighborhood surrounded by mature live oaks and quiet streets, making it the perfect spot for bike riding and daily walks, The Sea Urchin is just a short walk to a nearby beach access. You’ll find yourself surrounded by refreshing coastal décor with a hint of farmhouse charm, plank flooring and tongue and groove ceilings throughout. From details like sailor’s rope hand rails to shiplap walls and ceilings, there is no doubt you are at the beach.

The open living and dining space, located on the first floor, opens onto a sundeck - perfect for relaxing or outdoor dining. The modern kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counters and a dining table that seats 6. A bonus room, with an extra refrigerator, is located on the ground floor. The backyard is fenced in, making a private space to create some memories while playing yard games.

Four comfortable bedrooms, each decorated in crisp whites and soothing neutrals, are sure to provide a great night's sleep. Two rooms are located on the first floor and two more are on the top floor.

Your beach rental is located approximately 1.7 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
